Questions about this feature
How do operations tools differ from free utilities?
Operations tools belong to the signed-in workspace and use selected ad account data and saved operational settings. The separate free tools site offers image, link, calculation and other utilities, with its own access conditions.
Does the workspace load analysis or monitor accounts continuously?
The account directory may load automatically. Analysis starts after you refresh, analyze or check. Live Stats offers an optional timed refresh while that page is visible. Alerts are checked by the user; there is no continuous background monitoring.
Which information is saved on the server?
Budget targets and notes, creative plans, health thresholds, alert rules and check history are saved, as are AI jobs with limited retention. Requests may also record tool, status and duration summaries. This does not archive complete Meta analysis reports.
